Shelon M. Wade is a wife, mother, Bible teacher, preacher, blogger, author and podcast host. She is the founder of 25ToLife, the Christian family lifestyle ministry, that seeks to provide living solutions through biblical principles to married couples as they go through their lives together.
She is passionate about her walk with Christ and is committed to speaking the truth in love so that empowerment, healing and deliverance would be the result when ministering to others. She has served at her local church in many capacities, including ministry leader and staff pastor. She presently serves as an Elder. She has also been graced to go out and minister the word of God to other ministries.
Shelon takes great pleasure in using her God given social skills to interact, serve and minister to women as well as married couples. Young mothers hold a special place in her heart. She believes it is her divine assignment to pour into the lives of the people of God utilizing godly principles, godly wisdom and godly encouragement. Her heart's desire is to help people know who they are and how they are essential to the plan of God. "If you be you, that is enough!"
In December of 2019, Shelon released her first book "Purposed, Not Perfect" Our Journey of Love & Marriage. She shares what she has gathered from her first 25 years of marriage to her husband, Nathan Wade. The following year, WIFERSATIONS, The Podcast was birthed. The WIFERSATIONS podcast is geared toward wives and all that life entails. Episodes for this podcast are available on your favorite podcast platforms.
In August of 2021, Shelon was moved to release a personal assessment journal entitled, It's Not You, It's Me. This collection of empowering reflections was inspired by the revelation received from God to not be afraid to choose yourself. A healthy you is essential.
Family is her priority. In her spare time, Shelon loves to spend quality time with her husband of 30 years, Deacon Nathan Wade, traveling and enjoying their four adult children (Krystal, Brittany, Nathan Jr., Matthew) and three grandchildren, Nathan Allen Wade III, Navy Marie Wade & Nova Alana Wade.
Shelon's favorite scripture is, " Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:" She believes that each day we rise presents an opportunity to continue the good work within so that Jesus can be glorified in our life.
